Corporate gifting white label program to increase position in market
Business Goals
Blue Sky Marketing is developing a white-label gifting platform software solution to expand their business model. The platform will be licensed to other companies, allowing them to offer gifting services under their own brand. This initiative aimed to increase revenue and enhance Blue Sky Marketing's competitive position in the corporate gifting market.
The Challenge
To design an the interface and interactions for an MVP version of a corporate gifting that included the backend admin that was partially built on my arrival. I partnered with the entire team in weekly meetings, I ensured alignment with business goals were on track.

User Journey
User Flow
Using standard page layouts for ecommerce product galleries and product pages, I was able to create a simple flow to accommodate both customer and sales team without pause.
Ambiguities
There were many questions in the beginning. Would we need a saved shopping cart? How complex should the cart be? How many gifts would be offered? There were many unknowns, so it was important to design for quick changes and minimal engineering time.
